Who we are

We are a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes built to an exceptional standard.

With over 35 years’ experience in the building industry, Rich brings a wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship to every development. He works alongside a small, trusted team of builders, many of whom he has personally trained and worked with since the beginning of their careers. Together, they oversee the construction of each home, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and doing things properly.

Kay brings over 20 years’ experience working in a wide variety of homes, with a strong eye for design and the details that make a home feel complete. She focuses on the interiors, carefully considering everything from layouts, colours and materials to kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and those all-important finishing touches.

Together, our different areas of expertise allow us to be involved in every aspect of a development — Rich and his team focus on the build, while Kay brings each home to life through its design and finish.

Building for the Future

We believe that a beautifully designed home should also be comfortable, efficient and ready for the future. Over the past five years, our developments have increasingly incorporated energy-efficient technology, including air source heat pumps and solar panels, helping us create homes that are more sustainable and efficient to run.

We carefully consider the products, materials and technology that go into each property, choosing quality wherever possible and looking beyond how a home looks today to how it will perform for years to come.

Developments & New Builds

From individual new-build homes to small residential developments, we manage each project with care from the early stages of construction through to the final details.

Rich and our experienced building team oversee the construction, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and doing things properly. Kay works alongside the build as each property develops, carefully considering the layout, finishes and details that bring the home together.

The result is a home that not only looks beautiful, but is thoughtfully designed, well built and made to be enjoyed for years to come.

Renovations & Building Sevices

Alongside our developments and new builds, we also undertake a wide range of renovation and building work, from extensions and property renovations to patios and general construction.

Whether we are transforming an existing home or adding much-needed space, the same care, attention to detail and high standards go into every project. Rich and our team work closely with each client to ensure the work is completed properly and with a quality finish.

The Finishing touch

One of the things that makes our approach a little different is our ability to take a project beyond the build itself.

Kay began her career in curtains, blinds and soft furnishings and has spent over 20 years working in a wide variety of homes, giving her a wealth of experience and a natural understanding of how the right finishing details can transform a space.

For clients who would like us to, we can take a renovation or extension through to a much more complete finish — helping with the finer details and, where required, right through to made-to-measure curtains, blinds and soft furnishings.

It means our clients have the option of working with one team from the construction stages through to those final touches that make a newly completed space truly feel like home.

It’s not something every client will require, but it’s a service we’re proud to be able to offer — and another way we can make the whole process feel simpler, more considered and beautifully finished from beginning to end.
